Child Safety Commitment

These Child Safety Standards apply to Liberal Sur.

Liberal Sur is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and any activity that endangers children.

Any content, communication, or behavior involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited on our platform.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, uploading, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Grooming or attempting to groom minors.
• Engaging in any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
• Using the platform to facilitate illegal activities involving minors.
• Creating accounts on behalf of minors or encouraging minors to participate in prohibited activities.

Any violation of these standards may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

Reporting and Enforcement

Liberal Sur provides users with an in-app reporting feature to report inappropriate behavior, accounts, messages, or content.

When a report is received, we may:

• Review the reported content.
• Remove content that violates our policies.
• Suspend or permanently terminate offending accounts.
• Preserve information when legally required.
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities when applicable.

Age Requirement

Liberal Sur is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.

Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create or use an account.
